The used filter media does have to go in general waste, as they cannot go in household recycle or compost bins. We are constantly working on sustainable solutions so stay tuned to our social media platforms for any updates on this. 

The majority of the media contents are derived from natural sources, such as the coconut-shell activated carbon.

The boxes are made from recycled card and are also 100% recyclable.
